Welcome to MAC Crafted Rings. By purchasing from our website (www.maccraftedrings.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Overview

MAC Crafted Rings is owned and operated by Lachlan McDonald, sole trader based in Adelaide, South Australia. All rings are handmade from rescued vintage cutlery, crafted with care and attention to detail.

2. Order Process

Each ring is made to order. Please ensure you provide an accurate ring size at checkout. We shape each ring based on the information provided and are not responsible for incorrect sizing if the details given were inaccurate.

If you are unsure of your ring size, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Crafting Time & Shipping

  • Rings are crafted within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

  • All orders are shipped via tracked Australia Post.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

We currently ship within Australia only.

4. Returns, Refunds & Resizing

We do not accept returns or refunds unless:

  • The ring is faulty

  • The wrong size was made (different to the size you ordered)

  • The item was damaged in transit (please contact us within 7 days)

If you provided the wrong ring size during your order, we are happy to resize it at no additional cost, provided:

  • You cover both return and resend shipping costs

  • The original ring is in good condition

We do not accept general returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing based on buyer error.

5. Lost or Delayed Items

All orders are shipped with tracking. If your parcel goes missing, we will assist you in lodging an investigation with Australia Post. We are not liable for lost parcels once they are marked as “delivered.”

6. Handmade Variation Disclaimer

Each ring is handcrafted from a vintage spoon or fork, and may feature small signs of its past life — such as subtle markings, tarnish, or variation in grain. These are not flaws, but part of what makes every ring one of a kind.

That said, we only sell pieces that meet our personal standard of quality — if we wouldn’t wear it, we won’t sell it.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).

We currently accept payment via:

  • Shopify payments

  • Paypal

Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photos, product names, logos, and copy — is the intellectual property of MAC Crafted Rings. Please do not reproduce, copy, or use our materials without permission.
