📄 Returns & Refunds

At MAC Crafted Rings, every ring is handmade to order using vintage cutlery. Due to the nature of our products and the custom sizing involved, we only accept returns or refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns or offer refunds only if:

The item received is not the ring size that was ordered, or
The item arrives faulty or damaged

If either of these conditions applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests made after this timeframe unless required by law under Australian Consumer Guarantees.

❌ Ineligible Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

The ring was made in the correct size but does not fit due to incorrect sizing provided at checkout
You have changed your mind after receiving the item
The item shows signs of wear or use

All items are carefully inspected before shipment and crafted to match the size and specifications provided at the time of order.

🔁 Ring Resizing

If you provided an incorrect size when ordering, we offer free resizing under the following conditions:

You cover the cost of return shipping to us, and
You cover the cost of reshipping the ring back to you

📦 Lost or Undelivered Orders

All orders are shipped with tracking. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us. We will assist you in lodging a missing parcel inquiry with Australia Post.

We are not responsible for parcels marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

📝 Notes

Each ring is handmade from a unique vintage piece. Slight variations or surface markings are natural and not considered defects. We do not sell any item that does not meet our personal standard of quality.
