All rings are handmade to order and shipped from Adelaide, South Australia. Please read the following information carefully to understand our processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
📦 Processing Time
Each ring is crafted by hand. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be completed prior to dispatch. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
🚚 Shipping Method
We ship all orders via Australia Post with tracking included.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
We do not currently offer express shipping options.
🇦🇺 Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship to addresses within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping.
🆓 Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more (AUD).
This discount is applied automatically at checkout. Orders under $100 incur a flat-rate shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
📬 Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within:

Please note that delivery timeframes may vary due to public holidays, weather events, or Australia Post delays outside of our control.
❗ Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist you in lodging a claim with Australia Post.
MAC Crafted Rings is not responsible for parcels marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
